Welcome to my website! Since you’re here, I’ll tell you a little about me.

 I was born and raised in the city of Aberdeen, South Dakota (population-25,000 people, and many more cows). My Father was a theatre teacher and director and my Mother a music director and teacher. So I guess theatre would be in my life in some way. 

​

Growing up I always wanted to be on stage.  If you were to ask my Mom about me, she would tell you my dream role is the Scarecrow in 'The Wizard of Oz' as I would dance to the television screen at age 2 with Ray Bolger- “Perfectly”-a phrase I’ve never heard since about a performance I have done.

I graduated with honors from the University of South Dakota with one of the first BFAs in Musical Theatre.  I had wonderful professors and had many great opportunities on stage-and I got a fancy piece of paper!  From there I decided to head to NYC and give it a try. 

​

I have had many  wonderful  opportunities  since moving to the city, including touring the United States and 15 different countries with "Beauty and the Beast," both in the ensemble and playing the timely role of Cogsworth.  I’ve also had great regional theatre experiences where I was able to learn and grow from so many fellow artists.  

​

For the last few years (with a required pandemic break) I was able to sail the seas with Mickey Mouse and Disney Cruise Line and been able to portray many different characters, my favorite being Olaf-everyone’s favorite snowman (sorry Frosty). 

​

In addition to theatre, I consider myself a film buff.  I love sitting down to a great movie with friends after a long day.   I am also a huge Star Wars fan... Han shot first. Search your feelings....you know it to be true.

Theatre is such a wonderful gift and I am humbled and honored to be in such a wonderful profession!
